About time shakes are high in protein and they also sell on the go bottles -
I would like to start a boot camp class, but I am unsure if it is to early for me to work on my abs. I had my surgery on March 11,2012 and wonder if it is to early to start doing sit ups.

Talked with my doctor and he said after 6 weeks. Cheznoel, you were right on the money, but like everyone suggested, it is best to confirm with your doctor. So...since my surgery was done on March 11, this week is my six week post op -
