    Hi everyone I've had some big time constipation issues this past week and not to be gross but an having a very hard time passing hard large stool! I drink a ton of Water, eat a lot of black Beans, do any idea why this is happening? I'm not eating high fat or starchy stuff, I've stayed on routine with the post OP diet and have lost about 40 pounds. Thoughts?
