Me too i do it almost everyday!

Exactly i have enough of my own stress i cause by over thinking so sometimes these threads had my mind in another world! Just want to think positive as i am still in the beginning and even though im losing slowly or not at all i rather hear positive things right now and continue my journey to success even if i hit bumps in the road!

I know i deleted the app and now come on once in a while i had too much stress and thoughts of band problems, hopefully im probelm free but reading these post had me overthinking

So from another fellow bander i was told if you go to the right corner where your name is there is a members sections and you can add usernames but this is only if your in the actual sote not the mobile app

Mine was actually placed above my belly button in my midsection between 2 small incisions my largest incision is located right beneath my rib cage on my left side

You go girls... And oops i was actually banded 2/13 one day off my mistake! I hope i start feeling some restriction by the next fill . I wasnt a fan of my fitness pal but i think i will join i need to get some new meal ideas!

Good luck! Focus on your goal and journey make sure you follow your dr's/nutrionist advice! Eating right not just food wise but intake as well will keep you looking healthy and not sick slow and steady wins the race!

I lost a little over 20lbs so far ! I cannot tell at all because i see myself everyday my family says they can notice but i think they are just saying so lol! But I think im starting to believe them! Why? Because a lady who works in another department next to mine came up to me and was like " Wow! You look like you lost a lot of weight!" Woohoo feels good to hear someone you dont talk with normally notice! I still have a ways to go but if 20lbs+ makes a difference already I cannot wait to lose another 20lbs+!!!!

May be the protein shakes, they gave me heart burn like crazy

Just had my first fill!!! 4cc's finally in my band im no longer completely empty in a 14cc band woohoo my port is above my belly buton in my mid section, like i thought. The fill was a little longer than i expected because my port is on an angle, a little pressure and poke and moving around but i survived! I was so excited

I have my first fill on thursday 3/28! Excited to finally have some liquid in my band since i am completely empty in a 14cc band, need some restriction!
