Unjury I didn't like because you couldnt use hot water it had to be look warm, I like proti diet cream chicken flavor.

Pure protein is just to to sweet for me. I like premier protein from Costco

NEVER go to gnc unless you have the money to do so. Go to Costco and get premier protein shakes they are great. You can add some peanut butter and it helps. Also get some cream lowfat soups add son nonfat dry milk for protein and to it makes it richer that has helped me.
