  1. I am unable to access the new version for my iPad and iPhone5s. Will say good bye if it becomes more tedious. Have found the site useful, but not worth any more time than I have already wasted trying to "update".

  4. Please note that the Crack Cabbage recipe calls for two (2) Tablespoons of sesame oil. That is 1/8 cup not the one(1)cup she used as a substitute. Keep in mind that one gram of fat is 9 calories. 1/8cup fluid=1 Fluid oz, and 1 oz=28.35 grams. That is 28.35 x 9 = 255.15 calories as opposed to the recipe's 1 oz= 9 calories. Use one cup of oil if you like, but be aware that the recipe is 1/8 cup.

    First Restaurant Meal

    Ask for a take home box when you are served. Remove half to two thirds of the serving from your plate, put it in the take home box, close the box. Take it home, put it in the refrigerator, open it tomorrow, heat half of the contents, put the other half back in the refrigerator for your next meal or for the next day. No wasted food, no major meal prep for you, saves time and money. It works for me.
