Hi guys! I was just wondering what brand of Protein powder do you use to get all your protein in?

Hi all! Yes, I'm all set to have my surgery on Wednesday and I am a nervous wreck. I was just curious, as I thought it would be a awesome way to get EXTRA protein in. I was thinking maybe to shake some on my yogurt and other things. Thanks for all the responses.

So I went in for my first consult in mid January, had my psylogical evaluation the end of January. My docotors office submitted my case to insurance last Tuesday and I was approved on Wednesday! Went in today for a meeting with the LapBand coordinatier today! I have a surgery date of February 27 and I start my liquid diet tomorrow. I am so excited, yet so nervous at the same time. Can you tell me how you all survived your 2week liquid fast????
