Just a few days after being banded and I was just wondering if anyone has any tips? I downloaded my fitness pal to track everything along with couch to 5K. What else can I do to stay on track and increase my weight loss?

I'm glad you're feeling pretty good! I have had spasms too and thought I was just weird lol!! Coughing and hiccups are horrible!

Thank you for making me feel normal!!!! I can't wait to be able to start seeing results! I've had horrible gas pains in my chest and shoulders! I've found that walking and my heating pad help! I just wasn't expecting to be this sore!! Thank you for the advice!!!

I was banded yesterday and this morning I'm so sore! Hurts to cough and I feel really really tight on the left said where I believe my port is! Is this normal?!? Any advice would be great!
