Why not just make ur own ww reports-Its easy just rip off their letterhead. They have no phone number so its not like anyone can call & check. Hell no one even questioned it. Dude its 2013& you seem young enough to figure this out. allons-y

Waiting is really getting to me
RebecaSparkles replied to carolinagirl1991's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Ur doc in ohio is either gonna find ur records or face charges & a complaint to the medical board. By law they have to keep old records for 7 years from last visit. Push their buttons- or u can make some of ur own. Not 100% legit though. allons-y -

#tracking Google Doc w/ Everyone's data
RebecaSparkles posted a topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Hey Guys, I've made a google doc's spreadsheet that we can all input our data on so we can compare with others with the same surgery date as us and hopefully index the info so it's easier to follow who's where. Please follow the link to add your data- I've put some people on there already but don't want to miss anyone! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aup31UhlaziedGI4ZVlKc0RMVDNGY1BOMElFTDlmRUE&usp=sharing -

How Did You Find Out About BariatricPal.com?
RebecaSparkles replied to Alex Brecher's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
Google also. The forums on ovesity help were too fragmented & not organized. I like this mych better. allons-y -
Does anyone feel like it wont happen?
RebecaSparkles replied to Fit2btied's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I do feel that way. All the time. I have no kids but I suspect its how waiting for the baby feels. Like hurry up & wait. I'm not even excited, I am feeling meh about getting approved & getting a date because I know that the rug could be pulled out from under my feet at any moment. allons-y -
You can also crush them. Or get special bariatric gummy ones. Or they make liquid ones. My nut lets us use the gummy flintstones until 2 months out & then were expected to go back to regular Centrum ones w/Iron & either swallow them whole or cut in half. I guess they say regular ones too soon make you feel sick like too full & have the stuck feeling & feeling of bricks on your chest. allons-y

Have I tried HARD ENOUGH?
RebecaSparkles replied to EarthyGoalie's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hey there, I'm 28- I started this journey at 25 but got every road block. Finally got through them & am scheduled for an Oct surgery. Don't wait, the odds are so stacked against you doing it on your own. I'm 5'2 bmi 39 also was 41 when I started. I actually had to gain to get approved- total bs- my pcos wasn't enough to get approved. That I was bigger around than I was tall terrified me & I ended up getting high bp with the last 10#. My friends all fired me bc they dont agree w/ my decision to do this but we all did WW together & I never really lost anything. I am sick of being fat. Its not "fun" anymore. My losing cal per day is 1200- I am miserable on that little w/a normal sized stomach. I can eat 1200 so easily in one meal. I looked around my house & there were diet pepsi's everywhere. My soda addiction was so out of control. I'm now off it in anticipation of surgery. I am not off caffine but I did swap to the great value sf energy mix powder. I lost what I did by eating1 meal & doing shakes for the rest. Also miserable, but nice to lose some. The hardest part of all this has been admitting to myself that I am unhappy with being fat. I am super confident in my daily life but having to be real with myself has left me feeling vulnerable. Hope this helps. allons-y -
Women what would u do?
RebecaSparkles replied to ooffa511's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I would do it if I were you. As someone who may be in the market for someone elses eggs I think its only right you get paid for the hardship of donating them. If you're done w/having kids or think you'll ok to have them after your done w/donating Go for it. And thank you for considering donating. allons-y -
::hugs:: that really sucks. Maybe you could go down to party city & get some luea stuff & make a staycation? Get a bucket of sand to put your feet in, a poster of Hawaii, cd of music, make a pork roast... Etc. allons-y

Do you feel you settled for your partner because you were fat?
RebecaSparkles replied to Disabledaccount's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I feel like I needed to get married at my fattest as it was almost a test for to know he loved me for me not my body. He's lost 30# so far as he wants to try & keep pace with me. I don't feel I settled at all personality or looks wise. But, I do wish he had more college/could get a white collar job. I just worry he'll be 65& still working as a resturaunt manager. I have no problem being the sugar momma here but it makes an issue between us sometimes that I went onto med school & he dropped out of an associates degree. I always knew that I wanted someone who could compliment me not "complete" me. And he does that beautifully. allons-y -
4 months out and falling off wagon
RebecaSparkles replied to mamamareli's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Have you considered joining the 5:2 group. I hear they're having success. I'd urge you to go back to basics-maybe do a 5 day pouch test? I'm told thats a good way to beat back the carb monster. Maybe make a pro con list about foods that conflict you- like bread- pro-tastes amazing con-doesn't help me reach my goals Sorry youre having trouble & youre right that person who said stop eating s$$$ is an "lint licker" allons-y -

I'm Oct 3rd!!! Have 1week pre op diet before. allons-y -
::hugs:: I'd consult your surgeon & gyno so you can make informed decisions. Pro-life or pro-choice I'd take a min to have a quiet moment & think through your decision maybe do a pro & con sheet for each. allons-y
