Hey Gents, Just joined and had my first consultation with the Nutritionist. Thought I was ready but then went over diet plans before and after. Now I'm a little freaked. My Mother in Law had bypass last year and went from 273 to 166 ,and it saved her life. The Beer concern is what scares me a little. I have 2 young girls so don't really drink as much any more but enjoy a beer or two at the end of a hard day. Any advice ?
