    I am so glad we have a thread for us over 50!! I am 5`4", 243#, 57 yrs. I need knee replacements, have high blood pressure, and sleep apnea. I was wondering if this was even feasible at my age. You have given me hope!! I am just begging this journey. Sharon l.
