I am doing my best with eating right. I do go to the gym ... I just don't get it. If you are going to the gym maybe you are gaining muscle and it feels like you are not losing due to the scale.

Hi All, I am hoping my date will be in April. I went to my first appointment Jan 29. My Psyc and Nutr is on Feb 20 and my last appointment will be March 18th. Hopefully, It will be mid-April. I am also going for surgery for carpal tunnel on April 5th. So I am hoping, the time I will have to take off of work, will also cover the time for lap band surgery. Good luck to all of you!
