Bonniesue

I have been overweight all of my life! I have been through many diets. Some have been on my own and some with the doctor. Most, lost some weight and then went back to eating like I did before and put the weight back on, of coarse. I have a two story house and I am starting to be uncomfortable when I get to the top. I have also been officially diagnosed with diabetes and have obstructive sleep apnea and I have to use a CPAP. Since I am a Sleep Technologist, it has been a great experience with having to use a CPAP because my experience helps with encouraging my patients. But I would also like to be able to enourage my patients to lose weight in order to possibly stop needing to use their CPAP. So I am excited, anxious and worried about starting my new adventure! Here we go!
