    I am 6 weeks post op - go for my first fill tomorrow. I am having trouble finding the right combination of vitamins. Please let me know best tasting, low cost suggestions. I need a multi, calcium, iron.....thanks!

    Hey there! How are you doing now? I feel much better! Eating more and sometimes I feel like I am eating all the time but still 700-900 calories...getting anxious for weight to start melting off again - first fill on 3/25..

    My surgery was on 2/11....I just feel bloated all the time, stomach very loud! And diarrhea - hope that ends soon!

    I was in Hosp 24 hours - had nausea first 12 hours so they gave me meds...haven't been nauseous since.... Hope you are feeling better!

    Other than the weight, I am pretty healthy - no other factors. My EKG came back abnormal so my primary care wants me to take some meds. Anyone else have this? He just said it was abnormal but non specific....still cleared me but I am seeing a cardiologist just in case.....

    Went to cardiologist and he cleared me- had surgery yesterday! Yes!!!

    Day 8 of 14 prep and today was the worst. Mostly b/c the shakes are starting to taste awful! I chugged two more and a bunch of water and now my cravings are gone. . You can do it!

    Day 8 of 14 pre op shakes here.....I am not hungry but the shakes are starting to taste disgusting! Vanilla is ok but the strawberry is absolutely horrific!
