i began this journey in May, 2012 after years of unsuccesful dieting. I weigh more now than when i had my children. After many setbacks i finally have my surgery date for march 5, 2013. I am so excited but nervous. Please pray for me. I have had a bout of diarrhea today and my stomach is churning. I can't eat anything. I hope its just nerves. I can keep juice and water in so that is what i cam doing. I am a pre diabetic, have high cholesterol, and severe sleep apnea. I have asthma and an irregular heartbeat. I worry about my health. I do work out four times per week, but not successfully. I am hoping for the best. I know this lap band surgery is just a tool to aid in loss.
