Congratulations !! Keep up the good work! welcome to the forum. -
when that happens to me, I sip hot tea and the hot liquid seems to hurry it along. You can use what ever your favorite hot beverage is. This happens sometimes stuff will just hit your pouch funny and cause that. If it doesn't clear up today I would call my doc and get suggestions. Good Luck, keep us posted...Melissa

NIGHT TIME HUNGER :(

I eat sugar free jello, fills me up and only 5 calories a serving -
I had surgery January 17Th 2013, and to date have lost 91 pounds and still going. There was a plateau for about 6 week because I was sick and getting IV steroids but back on track now and moving right along. over half way to goal. I am so glad I made the choice to have lap band surgery, it's been a life changer.

I have had my third fill today and for the first time I drink just a couple ounces and feel full. I have lost 80 pounds since January and kind of stalled this last month I think this fill will take care of it. I hope to kick it into gear and drop the rest of the weight I need to.

You will do great! Follow what you feel is right for you. I personally can not see how any one who had a choice would chose anything but lap band. I look back and can not imagine the person I was before the band. I tried to lift something that weighed eighty pounds, the amount I have lost so far and I couldn't, I thought wow and I was carrying that around 24/7 on my body. I feel so blessed that I was able to have the lap band surgery and that so far its been very easy to follow and lose. Believe me if I can do it anyone can. -

That is such crap. I got banded January 17, 2013 and as of today I have lost 80lbs already. I would never get gastric bypass, too many complications. I have not had one issue since I got banded. It's the best thing I could ever have done. I know people who got banded a few years ago and have lost 150+ pounds. Banding is the right thing and remember the band can always be reversed, gastric bypass can not, it's permanent. Good Luck!!! Keep your chin up!!! -
I had surgery in January 2013 the only complaint i have is a pain in my left side. When I lay on my left side or bend over I feel like somthing is rubbing the underside of my rig cage. The doctor has blown it off. Has anyone else experienced this?

I got banned in January 2013 and have lost 72 pounds so far and still moving right along. Off of blood pressure meds, off all diabetic medication and off almost all other medications. I would do it all over again, it's been great so far. I have a question, how do you get the weight loss ticker on the bottom of your page?

I have a question, I want to exercise but I have an apron of fat still left. Can anyone suggest shorts that will keep my apron from bouncing around. I was thinking spandex or lycra. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks

OH thanks I just got banded in Jan. so along way from surgery to remove it but cant wait -
your doing great! I never thought of naming my band that's a cute idea. I have a question, how do you get that graphic at the bottom of your post that shows your progress?
-
I got banded 1/17 and felt horrible for a few days and I also questioned my decision but after getting over the soreness I am walking 2 miles a day and doing great, not losing a ton like I thought they told me 1-2 pounds a week was good at this point, You will get over this hurdle and be glad you did it. It was well worth it. Hang in there!

I am 3 weeks out from surgery. I am exercising an hour a day and taking in 900-1000 calories but I am not losing any weight. Does anyone have any suggestions. It's frustrating.

ok now I understand, its your trigger that lets you know to stop eating before it makes you stop lol So far at least with the pudding and yogurt or grits that I am allowed to eat I feel full so i stop. This runny stuff I seem to be able to eat about 3/4c. I really appreciate you explaining soft stop. It's important to know. -
