    Need help

Sugar free popsicles are a life saver! They are only 15 calories a pop too. I also like the Fiberone 90 calorie bars as snacks. They have a lot of fiber. If I ever get a sweet tooth, I usually go for the popsicles though.

Self Sabotage after a loved ones death

First if all..I am so sorry for your loss, that is truly tragic. I think everyone on this forum at one point as been an emotional eater. I am for sure. You have came far and I know that you will get right back on track. I would start exercising first. That helps so much with stress and will keep your mind occupied. I would see my doctor again and maybe a nutrition too. I hope this helps and I pray that God gives you comfort during this time of grief.

    Almost 3 months post op

You look awesome! Keep up the good work...I love the scale too..but the inches and my clothes are what is telling me that I am doing it. I fit into my wedding dress this past weekend. It has been 10 years!

    Not full

I was banded the same day. Do you keep a journal of everything you put in your mouth or log onto myfitnesspal.com? It really does help. Also, make sure you get plenty of protein, that is what helped me when I slumped. Missy is right, I could probably eat more then my portion or what I want, but I eat a cup of food and wait a little while and usually I don't want anymore food. Try measuring out your portions and sticking to that. I hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck. It is gonna work for you! Also, are you exercising? That is my biggest contributor to losing the pounds. You got this!

    I feel like crying:'(

I think she is just feeling a little insecure. She probably thinks you won't have anything in common...like food if you lose all your weight. She will come around.

    ? for PCOS women

I sure hope so. It took me 4 years to have my daughter and we have been trying again for 5 years. I really would like to start trying again in September. I think a lot has to do with me getting older too. My doctor told me weight loss and hitting my mid 30's would even out my hormones. Fingers crossed for another baby in the future..lord knows I am not getting any younger here.

    Restriction Confusion

I notice the same things. I only allow myself the amount that I am suppose to eat and it has been working for me by doing that. Sometimes I am really hungry in the evenings, but I try to keep busy exercising and I don't notice it as much. It can be hard though. I go and get another fill on the 22nd and I am hoping that gives me a little more restriction.

    Yogurt suggestions....

I eat the yoplait 2x protein greek everyday. Not sure how much sugar is in it, but I really don't mind..it has not stopped my weight loss by having a little sugar in it. I love the key lime...it is so good. I figure I deserve to have something that tastes sweet and is good for you too. It has 13 grams of protein.

    Crazy question???

I actually had diarrhea the first week and now I have to take something daily to be able to go at all. I think I would much rather have the diarrhea.

    Postop question

It is completely normal, just watch for excessive drainage, temperatures, redness, etc.

    Help !! Nausea

Bless your heart. Hang in there. Saying a prayer for you now. I hope that it goes away soon. Ask about getting some of those motion sickness pads that go behind your ear. They help it.

    How many fills?

My first fill was 3/20/13 and I had 3 cc's put in. I have lost a steady 1-2 lbs a week since then. Not sure if it is the green zone, but I am really never hungry anymore and I can only eat 1/2 to 1 cup of food.
