Donna 12 I have got my at Vitamin Shoppe they have them in singles, also you might be able to ask if you can only buy singles some store will do that. I love the peanut butter. Also tomorrow Vitamin Shoppe is having a health fair at all there locations. I am going to see what they have to try for samples on the protein side of things.

Keep drinking the water, broth and walk. I had my surgery on the 10th of may and I thought I was doing good and on the 14th was in the ER for dehydration, I felt like I had a brick on my chest. But they said I was not drinking enough, after spending 24 hours in the hospital I am feeling so much better. But also use sugar free popsicles they became my life line. Keep your head up it does get better.

I had my lap band surgery may 10th and am loving the energy I have and feel so good. One thing I highly recommend is see if they have a support group meeting, I love going once a month to support group. Good luck with everything and don't get discouraged I went through so many test and classes but the end results are worth it.
