I have been doing this. So far i'm on my 8th treatment and it is really working. My belly was already getting pretty flat but when I laid on my side the skin would hang down like I'd just had a baby. I'm so pleased that I did it. Check for a groupon. I only paid 200 dollars for 9 treatments. for that price i figured if it didn't work I could live with it... but thank goodness it has really paid off.

Ok, I have to say I've actually seen results from Radio Frequency treatments. I'm doing them on my stomach and the loose skin is really tightening up. I've definately heard that it doesn't work for everyone... but it seems to be doing wonders for me.

just checking in with my February girls. I'm getting pretty close to goal weight, and feeling great... how about everyone else?

My doctor said get busy immediately... so as soon as I could walk I've been out doing that. We aren't supposed to lift weights for 3 weeks, but after that i'm going to hit the gym hard.

You know now that you mention it... I might not be getting enough Water. I'll add that tomorrow and see if it helps. - TRUST ME ... when I break 200 there will definitely be some happy dance going on! I am originally from Colorado, but that would have been crazy if we knew each other when we were young.

Manda, seriously I am so annoyed... I weight EXACTLY.... ON THE NOSE 200 LBS. there is a big mental accomplishment of breaking 200 and for the life of me I've been stuck there for 5 days ... I know that it is not physically possible to maintain the same weight on 800 calories a day, so I'm just staying focused, doing my exercises and eating like I'm supposed to... the weight will come off.

OHHHHHH my gosh... I just got notified that my 25th high school reunion is going to be on July 24th. Needless to say I AM going to be at my Goal weight by then. completely doable if I buckle down. I have to admit it is rather odd, I have not lost a single pound in 5 days. which seems virtually impossible since i'm only eating about 800 or less calories a day. - the good news I have finally figured out that this band will never make us feel FULL... but we can learn the difference between "satisfied" and "full" SO I am on a mission now - I have 5 months to lose 65 LBS.

WOWZAAAA 11 lbs this week? that is incredible... - dont be frustrated.. and just a tiny update, it appears the super gas belly is finally starting to go away... not gone mind you, but going away... Also my incisions are almost healed. I have to give my doctor credit... I dont think i'm going to have any scars at all.

WOW.. oh WOW... that is not cool but lets look at it this way, your doctor wants you to have the most optimal chances of success. Hang in there!

wow... I'm actually relieved to know you guys are feeling the same thing. I looked it up on line and one doctor said all the gas dissipate in 24 hours... I look pregnant

I keep meaning to ask you ladies... do any of you still have a REALLY inflated stomach? I mean clearly we didn't have this surgery because we had washboard abs. but since the surgery it seems like the gas is still in my stomach. It is a bit smaller in the morning but by mid day I look 5 months pregnant? - anyone else having this issue? I'm still walking a lot to try and get it down.

MandaMom.... try Isopure Oarnge Banana drinks... they do NOT taste that good but they are clear liquids and you can get them at GNC... 40grams of protein and 140 calories.

wow oh wow... I just drank my first cap full of GNC liquid Vitamins and nearly lost my lunch. (that would be if I had eaten any actual food in ten days). Anyone have any suggestions?

this might not sound delicious, but since i'm still on liquids and must really need the iron and protein...liver Patte' there is a really good recipe using chicken liver.

I feel better every day... maybe it is just knowing that i'm FINALLY going to be in control of my weight... and it is no longer going to control me. I am also celebrating today, it is the last time... ever in my life I will weight over 200 lbs. I have a pretty good feeling when I step on the scales tomorrow it will read.. 199

I didn't tell a single soul other than my husband (who has also been sworn to secrecy) . Hey, even with this band it isn't going to be easy and I'll happily accept all the accolades at my new found self control and restraint!
