I have to tel you that I am so excited!!! I just got home from a week long cruise and have lost 3 lbs. if anyone has ever been on one you know that there is food ever where all the time. I still have 6 more to go to onederland and I can't wait. -

Just thought I would share a before and after. Shirt is a couple of months ago and the dress was on Saturday. I am down a total of 90 lbs. so excited. -

Today I am officially down 88lbs. But going up and down 1-2 lbs. sure was hoping to hit that onerderland before the end of the month but I just don't know if ill make it. Here is a new pic. The one in the black shirt was about 2/3 months ado and the dress was yesterday. -

Help!!! I just ate a whole chick fl a sandwich!!!. I fill like crap but I am so ashamed!!! I sure hope that don't stretch my pouch out. But I can honestly say that is the first time I hv went over board since surgery in April. -

Well I am 14 weeks post op and down 62lbs. So excited. My new goal is to lose the next 35 by October for my cruise!!! The wedding pic is 19 years ago, the fat one is back in April before surgery and the other is this morning. Hope everyone has a BLESSED DAY!!! -

I had 4 boiled shrimp, 2 bites of steak, few bites of pork filet and few bites of salad. Im wondering if I am eating to much. I don't feel sick but I'm am so scared to stretch my pouch. That is the most I've ate in 2 days. I get worried an don't want to eat. -

Today I am 11weeks postop and I am down 49lbs!!! Actually bought a size 18 pants this past weekend. In dont remember the last time I wore that. -
