I have been dealing with this as well. I have gained about 20 pounds since August. I kept telling my surgeon something was wrong. He finally sent me for a GI test to make sure my band still has compression. Turns out my band is fine but my esophogis has developed a pouch that basically allows me to eat more and not feel full or sick. I was told to eat less, which is difficult when you don't feel full. I am trying to cut down but struggling to do so. I am supposed to go back and get tested again to see if the pouch has shrunk. If not then I may have to have my band removed and he suggested I get the sleeve. Problem is my insurance no longer covers this type of surgery so I'm not sure what's going to happen.
