It's been four month, two fills a change in eating habits and six days a week at the gym and I have only lost 10 pounds. When will I start seeing the benefits. As of right now, I'm regretting having this surgery.

Mimi I start my soft phase tomorrow. I'm thinking tuna fish for a few days cause I still don't have an appetite. -

Ha I was praying thinking what have a done. Just think no pain no gain. Even if we were working our butts off at the gym we would have pain. -

I had my surgery on Wednesday. . I am in the same boat you are. Can't wait to poop. So tired but can't lay comfortably. I thought the doc messed me up. Glad to know this us normal.
