I was on clear liquids right after surgery as tolerated, you should be sipping water constantly so you do not dehydrate
-
I have the fitbit flex , its ok but basically a glorified pedometer I am less then impressed with it
-
Surgery can cause that , pain meds being put out ext.... if it lasts more then a few weeks you should talk to your dr, remember you just underwent a huge lifestyle change

Weight loss and stress
michpell39 replied to lisacaron's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Going to the gym is one of the best ways you can reduce stress , it does wonders for me when I am stressed or angry. -
As a newly banded , I look to the people like yourselves who have had great success with the band , the first thing my clinic told me was " restriction" is a four letter word in their office , look for satisfied and 3-4 hours between meals, so that's what I have been doing and 7 weeks since surgery I work out daily and make sure I watch my band portions and I am down 30 pounds and counting . I feel great and hope for continued success

Do any of you on occasion have popcorn, how does your band handle it? I have been told its a slider
