Just fat ! instead of obese ! hit my 60 lb loss and feel amazing my BMI is 29.9 instead of 40.2 best thing I have ever done for myself

Some people are just so unhappy with themselves and whats going in in their owns lives they just are incapable of being happy for others, sounds like a bit of the green eyed monster to me, its hard when you are seeing someone losing weight and cant get it off yourself -

Todays final Check in 183! - 6 pounds this month surpassed my month goal -
At first I didn't tell people except family and then as I started losing weight and people I know that have been struggling with their weight I started to tell I didn't want them to think that I was doing this just all by myself that I had a little help

I am amazed as I lose weight my perspective and attitudes seem to change and morph , I find I am not so negative and life isn't all or nothing much more balanced.How have you all changed other then physically?

Today I am 4 months post op and have hit my 50 lbs loss!!! , I cant believe it 50 lbs ! I could not be more thrilled

There is no logical reason. Therefore, what is happening is illogical or poorly thought out. I changed my mind and went for the Sleeve vs. the lap-band, but it sure wasn't because of what any one person said to me. I just kept doing my own research, and it showed that the Sleeve was my best choice. I actually had to wait 6 more months until the Sleeve was covered by my insurance. I am a happy sleever now!
