Make sure you stretch before and after , lots of water at least 20 grams of protein after work out as it helps muscles recover and what I find really helps is an Epsom salt bath 1-2 cups Epsom salts in a very hot bath for about 20-30 minutes but sip water while you are in the tub. -
Soooo excited and nervous , started cut things small and practice chew chew chewing everything, I was never a fast eater but this brings new meaning to slow lol . Now to come off the Diet Pepsi ugh that should be fun :-/

That's the issue I have with pop the bubbles, but I figure it takes about two weeks to come off pop I replace with water which iOS what I need to be drinking anyway -

I have been with my husband for almost 20 years ,I am not banded yet I have three months to go, but we have been through so much together that this doesn't even phase us he is supportive .I think its normal for people to be a little nervous when their partner is changing( will they still love me , find me attractive ect) talk it out see whats bothering him don't let it fester. -

Absolutely they can my son was in an accident a couple of years ago an hasn't eaten for a few hours while in emerg , I was worried they were low but no sky high, crazy how it works -

Try adding extracts like mint or coconut, I see a lot of people here add sf ff pudding mix of instant coffee to them, I have to go on a prescribed shakes for two weeks prior as well and although they taste ok the texture leaves a lot to be desired

I had mine removed about 14 years ago and I thought I was having a heart attack ,crushing pain in the middle of my chest, mine was also very sudden and severe, something that needs attention. -
And WOW so so good!! very impressed I can not taste the protein in it at all which is usually a problem for me ,cant wait to taste the rest of the flavours
