eewww, Black Tie Choke. -
Hey Mr. Butterthebean, My thoughts for you are if ever you feel numbness or tingling in nerves and limbs, hands and feet you'll know that deficiency may be acting on non repairable systems. My other thought is that perhaps the liquids diet and good B values in your food are OK for you enough but I know from reading that a portion digestive system missing post surgery inhibats natural process during digestion for obtaining larger enough B12 long term. I do have a more genetic type disorder ( not alcohol/drug induced ) and I only knew about after suffering loss of feeling in toes and parts of feet and legs, after the fact of getting enough B12 back into my system, artificial ways, direct way through sublinguals and now shots my energy daily was boosted and the numbness is mostly gone as I have haulted that process of detereoration of part of nerves in my system. Have you ever require it, know ahead and not to late that a small or good amount supplement can correct the problem. Nerve system can not repair all this type damage after its done. As for D, I live way North, for G@d sakes we are having this Blizzard as I write here. We can't get D3 enough in winter months and deficientcy is a hot topic as a cause for many things and found to be at a high rate prior to studies. Also, it might be a good personal choice or medical needs may be there enough but not necessarily for WLS folks searching necessities. lol, love seafood, south & north traditions, spanish stew with octopus.

Starfish108, I posted thread on Nutri Bullet super bowl day, got little response, add to it if you want; http://www.verticals...r-nutri-bullet/

I have a nutri bullet, unsure how close is the designs and difference, but the Nutri Bullet liquifies all ingredients. I juice a few veggies and add a flouret brocolli, some greens and mix in the Nutri Bullet while adding flavor and stuff for a small once a day low calories veggies boost and I also use the thing for a small cup sized protein drink made with xtra flavor and a scoop protien powder as well as anything else and thats 125 or so calories when made with water. I can add a variety of small amounts of many fruits and veggies, powders in bits and pieces and it liquifies it all.

My b12 need is different, I used some for 7 years prior to this for other reason, but my surgeon told me to throw away calcium supplement I bought saying there is no need unless in long term one developes and I also don't want all the Iron when I get some in a multi vite so that's out soon. Surgeon said the hair vites is for long term as well, after a year or more and after major weight loss. I do take D3 though. oh, this is a vet thing, sorry, just went by list on side page.

very much the same timing and all, I am 2 months out on next Monday.lost, 61 but had a few more to loose to get under 300, 2 1/2 week plateau shortly after raising protein levels and adding raw veg's. I am trying to exercise and there is not any result of weight loss only. I am waiting for this to blow over with out worrying that it may not be so much the same as any more. no band, just the sleeve current. -

any way, to answer that further, they just aproved these for use here in Conn. as a start to having newly sided the Cali. laws. Well, when I liken to how many cigs I got getting the old man buts in the grocery market in the early 70's or later 60's, although I am quite thoughtful now, But it still remains at 17, I would've, and at 49 I wonder about if stress leads to better therapy these days. The story in short or long is I can't say, but long time back, hahaha, yep, the loss of it is still with me. opps, the link: and twice:

Question ? are you allowed this where you live, or was that private stash still there looking at you ?

at this point for me, less worry, no pain, I am a very comfortable fatman. It seems you'll be peeing your troubles away for a while into the future.

did I do something again wrong ? * certain type of grin *

I think a surgeon may likely more determine accounting for your height and stature plus true size of pre op stomach which they'd use, not about wether you'll want more or less size with you, but they may simply discuss it and some might.

.......... replied to ..........'s topic in Food and Nutrition
Also, I juice, I like to first juice, cellery, cuces and carot and then add some into bullet with small brocolli, onion and cellantro, plus add small piec of fruit. juicing is amazing, real results you can feel long term. -
I'd like like your all around thought more pre surgery idea's, some about why and also maybe some about when because it may help when thinking post op. although I went with out fruits most up to this time since surgery; I like best; green; Brocolli, celantro, bell peppers (red or green),sprigs of parsley, spinach. watery; cucumbers, cellery & carots, effects; Beets, onion, radishes, sweet & good; melon, berries, mango good digestion; lemons, grapefruit also: seeds, grape tomatoes, garlic, ginger root and apple cider vinegar. I researched nutriant values and calories well enough and these seemed pretty good for my needs pre op and once allowed the raw veggies.. Thanks.
