Older looking than a rock singer...turkey neck

sorry, next generation up, haha, but mr. Gman doesn't look 65, but also Mr. OTR you need to now inhale after you exhale this promotes oxigen to your blood, a very good resource. My old Pop's made us listen to the Beetles allot and took our records off to throw them on and prove he was hip, gee's. not that he could understand why the songs said what they did which was also better than never understanding the words at all, lol. -
I drink the atkins rtd advantedge carb control when I don't just use a powder, and its shelf stable, 110 cals.

I've had something similar going on yet maybe just not as you described when breathing but it was a little tender there (under rib left side) after I shed a few big pounds, seems to mostly be gone now, the upper portion of stomach gave me the only sensativety accepting that my liver area was sore a while from being jossled about I guess and some minor incisions pains. Sorry I can't say definatley what it is but I've been curious. I really should've asked my doc any last sessions and thought to but did not. sutures huh, OK, maybe correct to just think that.

12/11/12 2.75oz to 4.5oz per 3 times large meals, snacks some times, sometimes just a yogurt, some times less. Cals differ but I am about 750 to 950 per day, some few days are less in cals though and 2 meals.. when at 4 meals it was turning into to much for now.

at 2 weeks, I was newly allowed just no fruit yogurt, 1% cottage cheese, egg. also was told not to do much else, sorry, shouldn't chimed on that one. Something may be better, didn't feel so much suffering either though after all.
-
maybe just add no cal sweetner to something or get tropical flavored popsicles, lol, 2 weeks I didn't yet go for anything fancy that included more substance to it, just plain old zero cals, no fat, unsugar, non carb, but I survived.
-
yes, at one point I simply went and ate extra spoonful or two of yogurt because I was completley wiped a little freaky feeling like that to much, but post surgery diet gone I don't have these troubles at all, 3 months out now.

You could consider seeds as well, some nuts are high calorie and higher fats, seeds are a fat source as well, some have good fats that are considered healtiest, I like Almonds, pumkin seeds, chia seeds, walnuts too, keeping some moderation on it all. I also eat edamame thats dry roasted and has a good Protein content, recently tried something called, chia chips and mushroom chips at an on line I use for a few items and it's all about nuts and Snacks, yet, there is allot of caution I take when selecting whats good as this site also has got to many bad things that are way bad for a healthy weight loss regiem. http://www.globalhea.../healthy-seeds/ http://www.globalhea...h/healthy-nuts/ http://www.nuts.com/...chia-chips.html http://www.nuts.com/...d-unsalted.html http://www.nuts.com/...s/mushroom.html

Gman, I shop on line, I get good bargains and research each thing I get one at a time, try to get organic though which costs extra, also I only just get one or two things that cost at one time, they come in 4 oz. to a pound packaging, this last a good long while. Plus I listen to food gurus and longevity info, some on youtube, some just searching around.

I think some of the carbs I have been adding have helped with this, I suppose you have a timed schedule but it may be important that you tell yourself not to cheat it, have a time for each snack and meal at this point and stay rigorous to the schedule, also, I found being more active takes me away from only thinking of foods, even when it's how much, what calories, new recipes, adding and seperating all this information doesn't allways make me hungry but the first thought after an hour of dwelling of food resources makes me think, When do we eat ?, I liken it to other therapuetic home remedies for stress or something simply to go outside and get some air rather than give myself none to do but think at these moments. Good luck, eat healthy and nutrition may help you stay away from hunger.

whats a water iceblock ? do you mean a tray of flavored ice cubes ?

although I can't stay that way, I wish I could, that should last for some time, or at least for me I expect days this will still happen for some time to come but it's bound to be different some day. this is a part to the honeymoon phase I guess if hunger stays in check so much. -
btw, here is another desert/snack which is hot crap, non crab though; http://under400.tumblr.com/post/14170730609/eattonguyen-who-needs-ice-cream-when-you-can

I am using seperate greens powders along with others, I add them to my nutri bullet with parsley and/or spinach, some time cilantro and other greens, I can add, almonds, Protein drink powders, chias, gojis, allot of things this way and also get as much as I'd like and try for a better tasting drink. This morning I had this NutriBlast; Sirullini 3/4 tbln, one scoop lite muscle milk chocolate, 1/2 cup coffee, 1/4 cup prune juice, coconut Water, spinach, bluberries, tspn. chia seeds, 1 tsp. hemp Protein powder, 5 raw unsalted almonds, tspn. Cacao nibs, reishi mushroom powder, phytoplankton liquid, tbln. dulse flakes, tspn. turmeric powder. believe it or not I like the taste, lol. oops, forgot the 1/2 banana added.

I am new to this. Would like some suggestions.

Yes, it's a good idea to quit pre op, try at least 6 weeks ahead I think, any way that was a suggestion from a practitioner for me, also though, you can smoke post op after a while, there is how ever first the surgery anestisia to worry about and then after an infection, many people think to quit for good if they start yet it is awefuly hard to do considering I have quit many times before and have a multi range of results from a couple weeks to over 2 years, people are told not to use cafeine also, so be aware of that too, ask your surgeons people for there thoughts. I quit for a month pre op and still do not smoke since December when I had surgery. -

The surgeon sent a packet, forms to mail back to them and 2 evaluations before 1st visit, Nutritionists and psychiatrist, depending how fast the apointments are made for and when the surgeon gets aprovals through the evaluations, after that it was a breeze, they had me come to office and aproved the surgery 1st visitation although I needed wait next for insurance aproval many people were able to get a surgery date set that day as we were there as a group. After given a date and aproval at surgeons, ask very specificaly what needs for vitamins and foods post operation you'll need, I suggest that you get enough for weeks after surgery so you needn't bother to have to get anything and the diet then should allow you to easily stock all you'll need for a month at least to start. Don't just take all suggestions unless the surgeon you will use also uses these items first months post operation. -
looks real good, may have to find time for this one.
