    Uses for Chia Seeds?

    found a few recipes when ever, but, haven't made one, just now seeking a lemon, lemon zest, chia thing I saw before I at least found this; http://caloriecount....recipe-r1160887 Would love to make one but may be a while up until I experiment this kind of thing further. also loved muffins and found this along with the other, Sparkle people is a great site for many low cal sleeve apropriate recipes as well, lower cal that regular store baked muffins as well; http://recipes.spark...?recipe=1901656 one more for inspired chia uses, this was today a simple pinterest search on chia seed recipes, here you can find many things worth looking through for a good cook; http://pinterest.com...ia seed recipes adding: I am still holding out on advancing diet for use for much like this, just seems aproproiate when I reach better my ending goals etc.. and plus won't need as much maintanence on losing daily/weekly weight, but is a great inspiration where healthy recipes are used.

    carbs in the morning?

    I actually just eat a Thomas multi grain light english muffin, lightly buttered and no sugar Jam as carb and still gave up adding breads and pasta allot. First I drink blender drink adding protein source and then a muffin after that goes down just not every day but its my carb thing in the AM's. Also, maybe not breakfast but I plan to finally have these veggie Quinoa burgers I wanted too soon, and use Panko bread crumbs on chicken tenders where I can eat one chicken tender as a snack or 1 or 2 as meal adding side to it, one chicken tender wouldn't be wrong between breakfast and luch early day for me though too.

    They have one as a documentary form TED talks line up on food, forget the exacting title, found it on Netflix and there it was neatened up as full presentation. as for David wolfe, you can search him internet and youtube and add specic topic, chinese herbs or astragalus or superfood, what have you and get better results than Yahoo link, sorry after reinvesting in looking through videos the Wolfe stuff is political and fewer than I thought and the TED talks are scattered from format on Netflix Doc's.

    Thanks Fiddleman, you seem to like the stuff I show you, as for expense, yes, I do spend some extra bucks but no I never get everything I want and I am only buying whats affordably better for myself to match needs and new found know how, remember, these are foods too, have some calories, they offer what you may not need consume otherwise, very interesting to me though and an addictive thing, once you feel a boost in energy and calming for your health you get into it most, perhaps I am super sensative, perhaps I just am doing it right adding up together a better and better start on it all after some time and for a healthier way to living. Edit: took off videos, they are messy aray of what was intended.

I think its a great thing, its new for me as well, having read before and now trying some things alike it.I feel better from especially astragalus and use it once or twice a day, bottle has lasted 3 weeks at one ounce so far but can't stretch to 4, need one to two ounces per month on what I am doing. Gotu Kola revs the engine much and gives that mental acuity a bit, so I use mostly once or less drops and twice. about videos and links, I'll still maybe look for one or two, but the information you'll get searching the net depends on who is presenting and depth to that from them and on concept angle toward topic and then again who it is telling you, I'll look some more. sorry, did I high jack thread, ahh, again ??

    Hey Fiddleman, Astrtagalus a immunity booster, vitality giver, is good for the liver and kidneys, it taughts even more balance in adding cleansing and then help enhance function, Gotu Kola is something that creates better blood flow and is said to create better circulation molecular and with nervous system. Adding Chinese herbs or India's blends herbs can help balance and nutrilize systems in areas that are needed when comsuming other high nutrient resources and superfoods, some same and similar effects and but some that are said to regulate whats needed extra. When burning the high nutrient or Proteins some added things and herbs can balance, you may get a very high extreme energy or a slaggy after after efect and the correct element food source herb or what have you can keep that better in check.     A drink can have teaspoon, tablespoon, 1/2,1,2,3, as you like, the liquid state its in makes it so it goes quickly into action, added to that you can mix it with numerous things, Protein drink, blenderized greens and veg's, other superfood, goji, almonds, what have you, add sweetner, agava syrup, a cacoa product and then its taste is better as well. You would need 6,12,18 capsules to duplicate this at one time. Sorry, I know the taste bugs people, I feel I am set with what I like though the way i do things now. Just my thinking on it, I am doubting the pills are super duper charged in comparison or something. heres one I liked as alternatives for thought, http://www.dragonherbs.com/prodinfo.asp?number=686 the site has loads of elixors and extracts, pills, base chinese herbal stuff, not all are my interest, I recently started using Chinese herbals Astragalus Root and India's Gotu Kola finding good results.

    Insomnia anyone ?

    my latest thing is this, http://www.imperialt...leep_Tight.html need a tea cup and infuser because its loose leaf though, pills some times work, some times give me way bad morning head ache and then also can give a nasty hang over drudgery into the morning. Again some times my body simply just seems to soak these things up, may even generate a reverse effect or just none. The tea is very relaxing physically and puts me to sleep, used it a few times then the effects were not imediate but just that after a couple hours it did work. Tea works for now, I have ambien in my med cabinet, seldom reach for it though, I tend to ride it out instead. also agree, exercise does change things and also a hot bath is good just before bed time is coming around. Dr, Oz show reveiled that a study said good eaters sleep better, poor eaters do not, me thinks he hadn't enough people in research with true disorders, this virtual hell has been never ending, but truth is I am most times so very used to it any way. Ahh, Dr.Oz may be a quackadoodle or not, some times it's still interesting to me to see whats on that show so I record it and I agree with the healthy eating is a hot topic worth investing in to make good changes with possitive result. Lots luck catching up on sleep, things can be so much better rested after the surgery.

    tried an antacid twice, late night and early wake up this morning, can say it may had curbed some apetite away, I can't say whats what up until I try this more regularly, may be on to something useful with it though.

    Have had a life time of it too, surgery gave me a 2 hour 6 per 3 day sleep patterns for weeks, now back to 4 at a time, Zzzzzzzzzzz, Zzzzzzzzzzzz,Mmmmmmmm. remedies ?

    I feel the same most nights, ( date surgery 12/11/12 ), I am up at Midnight allot of nights, so I snack on fruit wedges ( mango, apple,pineapple ) and tomatoe wedges, no it's not always perfect but it helps, I also eat something called roasted edamame, that has good Protein content and I found a little of this is not so bad on the scale count later and curbs apetite some more when I combine these things. If not the edamame I add small piece good cheese, when I am real hungry I have eaten small meal but that hurts the next day some of those times when I comapre to nights I do never do this. Also, I eat keeping in mind the next thing is not to wind up in bed, I like a few hours time to digest and use a few of those calories as well. I have been eating 3 meals per day now and Snacks, latest meal is around 7-8 pm and at 3-4ish pm's I have a good sized snacker or protein boosted drink supplemental thing I do, I only drink half what I would at a meal or 1/3rd of calories in that for this snack time. I do the full drink thing most mornings as a meal and two solid food ones during the day or early eves.weight loss has been minimal in comparison these weeks past, I wish it was always the same as start but knew this was bound to be it at some time, I am also believing more proper sleep has helped better things too. when all else is bound to fail I break out some shrimps and coctail sauce instead.

    So frustrating. Gaining? On week 3

    as I hit plateus I have seen a small gain of a few pounds just prior and unfortunatley with me that sticks until the weight starts falling again. Have gotten 3 plateus that lasted and am out over 3 months. During this I was able to loose inches and not pounds, and did exercise and stayed close to diet for loss,

    Swallowing pills

    I crushed my synthroid and took liquid pain meds although I needn't use them all the time, I also kept bottles of liquid tylenol for extra pains and head aches etc.. If your stuff is time release you'll maybe need an option you can crush other than that or a liquid form of the same represcribed for the length you'll need to do this.

    Vitamins

    B12 injection 1 per month, calcium chew ,iron 16mg, adult vitacrave multi gummy for men. Doctor in support group told story of woman that had taken none of the vitamins and then was having severe coordination problems and came to find out why. Must take the dailys. also I chose D3 2000ui, CoQ10, to whats there.
