Sure, the eggbeater's make excellent replacement for easy to make mini frittata or crustless quiche's.
-
yes, oh, yes, hot sauce, can make it worth while eating when bored in very low cal recipes, also the 5 cal label can actually turn negative cal's because it takes calorie burning to digest that stuff and any hot peppers like chili's, touch of cayenne doesn't hurt as well.

Think always water, vitamin water, enhanced water, flavored water. Think of that song where they sang, Always and forever but substitute Water for his gal, also picture yourself at any moment and many times a day with water in your hand.
-
Oh my how I've spent to much time reading labels on this, hehehe, I did however get least caloric ones and only chicken and turkey up to date on that and plus look for things like apple and herb's rather and not the cheese filled ones.

Hey there EarthyGoalie, the Ketchup's all mostly add high fructose corn syrup, that's a terribly unhealthy thing, try any organic Ketchup, it's sure to not have that in it, Ketchups can be 15 or 20 Cal's and up per 2 Tblns. if I am not mistaken. Mustards are usually A-Ok, but there are ones that add way much to what basically mustard is as well as creamed ones, check the bottle, 5 cal.s and up on those, Tarter sauce that is made to diet with seems to not exsist in our world as of yet, You can although tarter sauce is just a calorie/fat high thing from mayo just about only, so try this, if you'd like and can, get low or nearly no cal mayo, add sweet relish with splenda, add also any of capers, white wine vinegar and/or woustershire sauce, salt and pep. although this may be ok as it was cool when I ate very little portions and just the fish, I'd recommend that you stick to a lowest cal cocktail sauce or just dry spice and lemon and such as well. oops, edit this: also, don't forget add lemon juice just a bit too.

piercedqt78, white chili with corn sounds delicious. May have a go on that one, looks correct as well for diet neediness in my thought for it.

Have yet to look into other links, know my own I use, from Betty Crocker cookbook I own,.. (REMOVED LINK that I'd posted) ..Mine from Betty Book basically is, Chicken boneless & Skinless, Chicken broth low fat, onions, bell pep's, chicken sausage, diced tomatoes, brown rice, olives, shrimp added in last 10-15 minutes, I add fire roasted stewed or diced can tomatoes as well to mine instead of the plain. and any Italian blend herbs and garlic, or traditional sprigs as well.

Sounds great, will do it for sure this time, I just this morning simply boiled a head and I break it into pieces and chill it, I find that cold cauliflower is tasty in a way, I spray them with butter spray adding salt when I am bored with that... I use also a salt free spice, that maybe good in that mash, McCormik Perfect Pinch garlic & herb.

My Grandma was an old country Polish maiden, she boiled Easter egg's in onion skin's for the coloring, you are blessed, you'll find more than likely that eating a few things in the way future after pre and post surgery diets are done that a little of something nice like that is always a treat in small amounts, providing you're not there every day, you'll do great. Lot's of Luck on both liquid's and after the facts are said and done long term. Love that Italian, ooooowi, yum, had a surrogate Italian Granny once so long ago, as a guest you know who got the most put in front of him and right to the ending of meals there,

Hello AmBeR09, I am 10 months out but still snacking a ruff situation because what I find has also the fat I don't want in it. Some snacks are considered slider's as well, so watch out, watch that you do not over consume them, sliders have a tendency to fill you up less because they don't fill the space in you stomach with the same volume that you see when you see them in a bowl or on a plate. So, I like chips and found a few and eat another crunchy one, I may revisit with some more info later, unsure. Lovethese: KashiHummus Crisp Sundried Tomato, Basil & Feta, https://www.kashi.com/our-foods/crisps/kashi-hummus-crisp-sundried-tomato-basil-feta , Love this, Roasted Edamame; http://www.nuts.com/search?q=edamame , Cereal, http://www.specialk.com/en_us/products/cold-cereals/protein.html , These are a treat; 90 calorie http://www.fiberone.com/products/brownies/new-90-calorie-lemon-bar , Marzetti® Fat Free Ranch Veggie Dip; http://www.marzetti.com/products/product/2/166/marzetti-fat-free-ranch-veggie-dip ...There's some, hope you like.

1 week Post Op & Stressing Out
.......... replied to SleevePrincess13's topic in Post-op Diets and Questions
Do what you can to get most of it and don't sweat it, have some water siping all times day and night and it adds to enough, eventually it will be easier to reach the full total. Your tummy is still even maybe soar and the walls were swollen leaving at first just a tiny channel this liquid passes through, this inflamation shrinks away as you heal more and more and create better room for this all as chanel opens best to a regular size it should be post surgery. Some people get it worst than others, hunger can occur extra for a while when swollen but also the anti acids help calm this all, it should be correcting itself and you'll soon feel the effects of lowered ghrelin and less hunger.
