    after some weeks start using something like Medurma, once 3 weeks or twice and at some time do the full course, you'll have tiny scaring which blends because the color is translucent not red and purple-ish.

    Cortizone is a temperary fix, after a couple years it causes more damages, I'd been on it, I was then told at the ending of a kinda ok long cycle the same, I was told to quit my job in order to prevent damage further and was not able to get my shots any longer as well. What I am suggesting is that if you do want shots you have expectation to stop at some date or when your doctor recommends, BUT, they work rather excellently.

    there I go being a %$*&^, you said portion as a whole are 5oz.'s, ok, that's more sensible yet I still say yes, a bit to high on me, not necessarily you. I am so sorry if I F'ed you up, but those are good diet examples, changes come on in next weeks regardless, thinking you may had just a tad early started with 5oz.'s were I'd not, that's all, stay with what suites you best for results and think some healthy idea's always, sorry again, But you realize, my own diet was not at all that yet but maybe week 6-7 or something.

    Here is what I got for you, by all accounts, you are in stage three diet in common plan's.     personal thought from me is at the time your at I did not go to 5oz. nearly or yet at all, I was though ever on 2 oz. whole meals and then 2oz. meat content, then after 4 weeks for sure was aloud some sides or something more and stuff like maybe added was Veggies in raw state. Red meats were out until that time as well, but, like I said, my own Doctor's design on that. To me your flexed a bit early but especially if your adding more than the oz.'s of meats. Also, of course you maybe already, but, adding in between meal time hour's is needed a little maybe at this point for you.

    you shrunken stomach is a tool for you now, before and still though for the next weeks, it gave way a bit and let's you eat more than prior weeks as well, you may be still just fine but don't see that sameness.

    There is an extra spoonful or two of yogurt or tiny way's to still even stay with for a pick me up if your feeling weakened or stressed physically, add what's there your comfortable with too or more than spoonful at the moments necessity is there for it maybe, go with the flow, that is if I make sense for this topic and to you.

    Depends on your doc's advice for what your diet is actually, that varies for each Doctor at times more so than others, my own Doc gave me less than I'd feed a bird, I suggest you can calorie count the diet your doing to see what you are doing. Eventually you'll need count one of your own, I assume I am correct that you do have a stricter guideline at this point than need to count calories ? People choose allot I think with a Sleeve and then the level of activity and desire how much your willing to sacrifice for the goal of faster weight losses. So, the sky's the limit, 400 to 1200 but that's a diet you can do, a diet given to those unlike ourselves is a few more even for a guy at the low end. Your feeling as a guide will more likely leave you at a lesser intake for some time to come, enjoy it, bask in that fact and do what it takes, don't think of what hunger is not there at all any way, good luck to you, OK with that ?

    Walking the treadmill

    Absolutely, me too, mine is to the right side of my television along the wall so I may view from the rest of the room or do 30 min.s or even 45 to 60 min.s during program's. I am presently started to go to gym as well for muscle building from time to time. Feel great as well, glad to see it for other's as well.

    Sushi baby !! I like what I get at the grocer's and can not wait to revisit a place I know with a Sushi Bar included with meal for the real deal soon. I'll get me that go box for sure.

    I'm Glad to hear it, lol. ... ...I went through many varied paths on Snacks, ultimately found that a bowl of chunks Veggies and a very low calorie dip are great, long lasting, filling and Television worthy snacking...................... No pizza's, No micro snacks, No cookies or devilishly fattening chips and munchies any more. I like the veggies and small assortment some things on hand too for other times. Preference for veggies is Tomato, Bell pep's, cucumber, zucchini, add some apple or some grapes to the bowl as well. Just use a smidge of dip at a time.

    Something else is V8 Splash Diet tropical blend and/or 2 other flavors, **Make sure it is the ((DIET)) on the label ** if you want the all lowest calorie with splenda and not the fructose, It's kind of like diet soda and no fizz I guess, tastes good, they both have similar if not some same additive chemicals.

    eggbeaters may be a great soft food easily like a puree, maybe if cooked plain and added some liquids it will be soupy enough to pass at some point during a puree thing. I do how ever, fry them as are in a Pan made by Ozeri, a german company that has no stick ceramic pot's and pan's. Great pan, you put no Oil's or large quantity sauces and it does fry that what you put into it for sure, just is the fact you have to get used to the zero buttery flavor or no oil flavor's added. I put in shred low calorie cheese or parm with the eggbeaters, and an example would be I fry onion's by adding small amounts water during cooking and salt, no carmelization to speak of but nicely browned and softened onions after cooking, also browns any meat well enough too.

    EarthyGoalie, It's all choices we make, as time goes on you will loose allot of the pounds and soon before you know it you'll need less of a diet and more of mantanence and management to retain a great weight for you to live with, lowest calorie stuff has at times least content nutrition but you'll be able to ramp it all up once some best goals are met,,, back2barb78, that Walden farms is kind of just above official artificial taste all together, but, they can be ok if you adjust and want that bad enough, I do use the Creamy Bacon salad dressing, there was a few I did use and think to be just ok, not great, I wouldn't dare on that mayo, lol, but I fear from other products experienced that it may not be good at all. You gotta try them to know yourself, I think the Bacon dressing was just under $4's.
