Yes!!! I have a 4 yr old and her grandpa on her dads side (her dad is stationed in Colorado) offered to take her for 2 weeks while I recover. I loveeee my daughter but she loves jumping on me like I'm a jungle gym lol -
Thank you! I'll keep everyone updated...

I got into a car accident today, my car is totaled... I don't even care about the car; the only thing on my mind was trying to get my daughter out of her carseat as fast as I could... thank GOD we are ok! My daughter had blood everywhere but she's ok now, my mom went unconscious for a bit and is recovering well, my brother who didn't have his seatbelt walked away without a scratch...I have a very ugly painful bruise all the way around my pelvis area, and chest abrasions... the kid who hit us is fine but he was texting and driving. DO NOT TEXT AND DRIVE!!!!! Oh yeah, this pain is excruciating...worse than the c-section I had. -

Thank you everyone! I do have full coverage, my mom is definitely wanting to prosecute...My 4 yr old couldn't sleep last night, she kept crying and this morning she didn't even want to go near a car..I'm sure this is normal, just breaks my heart. And the pain today is worse than last night. But yes, texting can wait! -

Abdominal binder?

I will be using the one I bought when I had a c-section...it's a belly bandit. I bought the bamboo material since that was the one for c sections...something that has to do with the material isn't harsh on the incision site. -
Thank you everyone! They're submitting the packet on Tuesday! So I'm praying I get an approval!

Ive started this journey back in Jan...this morning I had my last weigh-in (3 month supervised diet) and tomorrow I have my psych evaluation, then all will be submitted to my insurance! Soooo excited!! I'm constantly praying I get approved!

I haven't done the surgery yet, this Thursday is my last weigh in and fri I have my psych eval then it's the waiting game! But I chose dr. Marquez she's such a sweet lady!!! Very informative!

Thank you both! I have a question...if I used my ER records from 2011and 2012 that state my weight (I didn't see a reg doctor between summer of 2009-nov 2012) do you think they would accept that for the 2 yr medical history???
-
20 days until my LAST weigh in then all paperwork will be submitted to bcbs federal! :)
-
I have BCBS FEDERAL...they require a 2 medical history of being obese... I have been overweight since I was 7 (I'm 22 now). Thing is, I had my daughter in 2009...my 6 weeks post-partum appointment was the last doctor appointment I had until Nov 2012...there is a 2 1/2 year gap of no weight documentation But, I did weight watchers from 2010-2012, thank goodness I used the e-tools to track my weight online.... has anyone submitted documentation from WW as weight history and been approved??? Thanks!!

I know this may sound like a silly question but I really do need advice... I'm currently in my 3 month supervised diet May 23rd is my last weigh in!! ..Anyhoo, I decided to purchase the sampler pack from Chike just to try it out, that way I know which ones taste good and the ones that don't. On the individual packets it says to add Water, shake and enjoy....umm I have a feeling it's not going to taste all that great, so my question is this; did you ONLY use water? or did you add fruit to it and blend??? And also, could we even add fruit to the shakes when we are pre-op and right out of surgery? I just want to flavor, because only adding water just seems so BLAH Thanks!!
