:crying:I was banded in Oct. I have alot of trouble since. I dont have heart burn but once in a great while. I have p. alot.It seems like almost everyday. When I eat not when I drink. I do get hungry to the point my stomach is growling. Plus I was sick with the flu and I mean sick. I guess everyone is different but I sure would like to know what are some of the things to look for with band slippage. Thanks:blushing:

Oh my gosh I thought it was just me. I'm so glad to hear its not me. I thought I was screwed up whew. Anyone suffer from heart burn? I've been having it lately. I will be going for my 2nd fill the 17th. When I had my first had 2ccs' and I got out in to the car and took a BIG drink of water not even thinking and was I sick. I guess I was just so used to eating and drinking what ever I wanted I didnt think about it. This time I wont do that , for sure.

:help:I'd like to order this but I would like some opinons on if it works. If you are a bander is it hard to swallow? etc.

I couldnt help but to join in on this converstion. I myself am trying to get everything together to have lapband surgery. I too have a lower bmi but suffer from the co mors of being over weight. Right now I'm trying to find a Dr to give me the mmpi-2 test. I think thats what its called. One that will take medicare. I go for my stress test on Thurs. and then that will be the only one I'll need. Well, just wanted to say " HI " and good luck to all!!!!

Im glad you're doing better. just listen to your Doc. and you'll be fine. WOW what a weightloss. I'll bet its a wonderful feeling to know you're on your way. I found another Dr. Bloomfield Hills. See the thing with me is I only have a BMI of 33. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing. Thank you so much for the info. I really dont know if they do lower BMI patience. I've Been Thinking About It But I've Seeing Alot Of People Writing About How They Are Having Trouble Finding A Doc To Do The Fills And That The Cost Of It. Then I Started To Think If Its That Hard Now Whats It Going To Be In Couple Years From Now. Thing Is I Would Love To Get This Done. Youd Think With Bein Paid In Cash That More Drs Would Do It. So It Makes Me Wonder If Down The Road It Might Get Harder And Harder Let Alone The Price Go Up. And I know its hard to find Drs to do the surgery if you have a lower BMI. (33) So in Mi. are there any that you know of? I was already told no by 2 and I told them I was only checking into it. :biggrin1: Hi everyone! I'm another new one searching for answers to see if this right for me. Like some of the others I don't have a real high BMI but it is around 32-33. Oh yes and I too have the closet full of small through xxlarge clothes. Sizes 10-12 to 18-20. Sure wish I had that money. (lol) Anyway I've been thinking about this for awhile and so here I am and here we go!
