To me it was a mind thing. I did ok during my two weeks liquid diet because I chew a lot of gum. I did cheat a couple of time but at the end I lost 15lbs in two weeks. It seems like everything would be find while am was at work but when I made it home I would be starving but I made and you will to. Good Luck!!!

I got my surgery done 3/27/13.

I got my lapband 3/27/13. I have lost 20 lbs all together counting my liquid diet. I am reading a lot of people who is losing more pounds than that I recived my first fill about a week ago and I don't feel no restrictions. What do I do am exercising and eating right someone help me please! Am feeling bad! I know that everyone is different.

Today I get my first fill and I am scared. What should I expect.

Getting a fill wasn't bad at all! I was scared for nothing.

I had surgery MARCH 27, 2013. Everything went wonderful and I am find. I had surgery at 9:30 and was back in the recovery room at no time. I walk for them and walk when I got home. My only problem am having is am tired it also hard for me to breathe it was hard for me to breathe when I first came out of surgery (that what they told me). I anyone else experiencing this problem. I have talk to my doctor but if nothing change am going to the er.

I got my lab band this morning around 10 I am in a little pain and my throat is hurting but overall its not that bad.

Am doing fine today I did a lot of walking on yesterday. The only problem is my throat is still hurting. I have been sipping on water!

I get my surgery March 27(Wednesday)!! I am so ready.

I am down 10lbs since I have started my 2 week liquid diet (pre-op). I am so happy. I have 10 more days for surgery.

Thanks! Am a little scared I tell my husband everyday that I change my mind because I have to do this liquid diet lol. But I am doing ok.
