    shake n bake?

    Hi all, I've never had shake n bake...& I'm eating dinner w the girl I babysit, who has requested Shake n Bake chicken for dinner. I'm using raw boneless skinless chicken and will be baking it..the box seems that it's fine..low cal, no trans fat, etc...but as it's in a box it worries me. Thoughts?

    Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has been swallowing pills whole? (Tylenol, allergy meds, etc) as oppose to crushing them? I just realized that I'm not allowed to take whole pills after being banded.... I mean I feel fine, but just wondering if I should be worried about anything? I'm 98 days post op.. Thanks!
