Hi Ellow, I also had a full band replacement in January . My new band is the larger one 14cc. I have had between 6-8 fills already, but no restriction yet. I'm concerned about no restriction yet. My Doctor says it will take time, to get to the green zone. 4 months post op already.keep me posted how ur doing with ur fills speedy recovery

Glad your feeling better. Why did you have a full band replacement ? Did you have a slippage also?

Hi I had a port flip also, he also said I had a band slip, any how , that was in November of 2012. My doctor was going to fix the flipped port in jan2013. He decided to replace the whole band since he was going in anyway. So I had a new band put in this band was a 14cc band . Larger than the one taken out. With my first band I lost 90 lbs in 2 years time. So my new band is in I have gained back 50 lbs in a couple of months. So I am starting over. Jan till now may 2013 have had about 8 fills and have had no restriction yet. Am really disgusted and I feel I should of never taken the old band out , and had it replaced. I should of just let him fix the port only. But words of wisdom to others. Just hoping for the best with this new band. I have 10.5 cc in my new 14cc band. Still can eat as if I had no restriction,

Hi Marci, im going for my 4th fill today,I'm at 6.2 cc right now, in a 14cc band and feeling No restriction at all. Putting on. Weight instead of losing it. I'm hoping that I will have some restriction today :-) .

Kileyh, i can relate, was rebanded in January, and not working yet :-(. Weight is going up up up, not good. I'm gisgusted as well. Hang in there, one day at a time

Hi Wes, I'm sorry this happened to you, kind of scares me as I was just rebranded in. Jan 2013, my last band I had for two years, lost 88 lbs, then the trouble began. My band slipped and my port had flipped. So my Dr. took my fluid out in November , hoping it would slip back into place, but , he winded up put in a brand new one. Since November I have not stopped putting on weight. I keep getting my new adjustments and nothing is happening so far. :-(. Try really hard cause the weight will slip back on,as it is for me. You worked hard to get it off. All the best! Keep us posted :-)

I was throwing up I could hardly keep food Dow , this went on for along time, I just thought I was eating to much. Thought that that's how it was.
