Hello all, I only have 4 days till my 3 year anniversary date, since I was band. I have lost 100 pounds and keep it off. I have stayed the same weight for over a year now. Very happy and doing great! Would love to hear from you all who need encouragement. Tpollitt99@gmail.com

I went in today and I have lost 40 pounds in 4 months...they are very proud of me, and actually I am proud of myself too! I need to get motivated to get up and exercise and I am sure the weight will keep falling off.

I was banded on 1/29. Starting weight 269, and today weight 229. I got 5 cc in the first fill, and 1 cc in the second fill. It seems like I am in a run, I have been the same weight for about 2 weeks. I think that I am doing well with what I eat. I guess I need to exercise more. Anyone else have this problem?

I feel the same way, I have only told a very few people about my surgery, becuase I didnt want to hear all the negative stories. I only did this lab band for my benefit, no one elses and I know that this is NOT a quick fix, it takes time to get the weight off, and you have to use this TOOL to help keep the weight off. Hand in there!!

I am post op 1 day and so far the only pain I have is where the port is and in my shoulder....wonder why my shoulder hurts??

I am scheduled for Tuesday the 29th, I am really excited, but nervous. I have lost 10 pounds already with the pre op diet. I have only been on the diet for 9 days. is that good?

My nurse told me that it was normal to be a little nervous, if not they would be scared...haha. Hang in there. I go in one week for surgery, and I am scared too!

I am scheduled for Jan.29@9:30 am. I am on pre opt diet now, and I feel really hungry. I am drinking water, shakes, and ate tv dinner tonight, but I still cant get to the full feelings. What else can I do?
