    As long as you're not hurting then you are ok! Today I ate some chicken Pasta, took extra small bites and it actually went down well. Now I just have to learn to eat slower and chew longer.

  8. I am 8 months post op and I always gag and throw up foam with a combination of burp every time I eat. It usually starts about 20 minutes after I eat. Suggestions on why this is happening?

    I finally found a meal I could hold down (7 months post op) TUNA!! I mixed it with mustard, chopped celery, chopped onions. I feel like I'm finally going to get my nutrients in!

    It's nice to hear that eating slow its not abnormal. It's just hard, especially when I have a timed lunch!
  15. I've noticed that I need to eat really really slow in very small pieces in order to keep anything down. Is this normal! I'm 7 months post op.
