Hey everyone! I had my first dr visit today and it went great! I've lost 12lbs and I'm so motivated. However, I am having a deep growling in my stomach and I'm trying to just drink water. I'm asking myself if I'm hungry and all that but I really am hungry! Please help with suggestions during this period.. I don't get a fill until feb 14

ajtexas.. Thanks so much! I thought I was going crazy! My Dr has me on puréed foods right now and then soft then solid. I'm practicing chewing 30 times to trigger my brain (hard to do with mush) but I figured I had better get ready. I'm still a tad bit sore so I have been keeping the exercise at bay. I saw the dr yesterday and she told me to go ahead and begin. Great advice on keeping busy.. I will do that!
