Besides getting my menstrual back slowly my pcos is still there. We been trying to conceive for the past 4 years and have not been successful. I'm staying positive that my pcos goes away or at least improves. My insurance doesnt cover infertility so Im on my own now. Good Luck!

Try Zzzzquil that's should help. I had the same issue and it help. Good Luck

I use vanilla Protein powder and add instant decaf coffee mix with ice cubes and ta-da iced coffee. You can also add SF syrups for flavor.

The pain sucks... I'm on day 3 and I thought I will be fine right now. Here's what I'm experiencing the md discharge me with Vicodin liquid, some acid reflux pills and nausea pills... I'm in so much pain. It's hard for me to take any water but I'm trying and protein shakes since I'm not hungry and there's pain when I do swallow so I'm scared . I'm walking as much as I can but my sutures hurt. I haven't sleep much because laying down, side and propped up isn't helping with the pain... Does anybody have any advise on how to handle all of this and when will the pain go away!

Thank you everyone. I am walking around and I jut took a gas x... Hopefully i will feel better in awhile... Trying to stay hydrated but like a said it hurts when it goes down even if I take sips...

My surgery is tomorrow 2/6 I'm so nervous! I had my GI done yesterday and found out I had a hernia which wi be repaired tomorrow as well. I'm trying to get everything in order.. I've been on a liquid diet since yesterday... Good luck everyone! We can do this!!! Woot woot

Ok so I'm having my surgery on the 2/6 and I wanted to know what items I should buy to eat/drink besides protein shakes for post-opt, 3rd week and 4th week post opt... Does that make sense?? I'm going shopping tomorrow. . Thanks
