Thanks for the recipes. Going to try them for my family as I can't have solids until after surgery. Mine is Monday and I am getting the band.

I found all the flavors. Bad thing is, they don't have them in cases other than choc and vanilla.

How do you feel after a month now? Was it hard in the beginning?

I have surgery in 3 days. Anyone have any advice for me on what to eat or not to eat? I do the protein shakes 2 times a day and still feel hungry. I think it's all in my head cause I am nervous. But, I am glad to be having it done. The only bad thing is.... I have no one to help me out after surgery. My an is against me having it done now. He said he will not stay home the day after surgery. He is going back to work. I also have a 6 year old son. Ugh!!

How much water can 1 possibly drink without feeling sick? I intake 60 oz of water, 1 protein shake and 10 oz of coffee a day. All that on top of my regular meals for lunch and dinner.

What are the other flavors aside from chocolate and vanilla? I go to bj's and those are the only ones I found.

My surgery fate is Jan 21st. I am both scared and excited at the same time. Is this normal?
