Don't feel bad. I am in the same situation. I can't wait to start creamy food. I cheated today. I had a few cashews though. Chewed them to the point of peanut butter. I feel horrible bow about it. Hope I didn't do any harm. -
Can anyone give me some advice on what is okay to take for a headache?? I am 10 days post op and am getting headaches now.

Does anyone know if it's supposed to be hard and a little warm to the touch where the port is? 9 days post op, staples out yesterday and today the site is a little warm. Help please.

How is everyone doing today? I am 10 days post op already. I feel great. A little hungry but getting better each day. -
Is it normal to feel hungry after having lapband surgery? I am 1 day post op and feel very hungry. I think I have gotten rid of all the gas, but maybe the rumble is still that? Someone please help. Thank you in advance.

How many days post op are you? Glad that the milk of mag helped. I used a laxative cause it was a little cheaper for me. Took 12 hrs but did help. -
I am 7 days post op and I know that it's not just gas. My tummy rumbles and grumbles at me all day. Tried drinking more but it doesn't help. Seeing the dr today for my first post op visit. Will see what he says about the rumbling.

Omg thanks for the helpful information. I haven't started food yet but I am going to get the spoon and fork you suggested. I also have problems eating slow. I have to retrain my body is guess. Thanks again. -

What they eat is all up to them if they choose to share or not. Their weight is hidden but how much they lost if posted shows up. I personally post what my weight is now cause I am proud of myself. Feel free to add me if you want. GmasDolly is the handle on there.

Try not to think about it. I hyped myself up so much (I suffer from severe anxiety) that they almost canceled my surgery. Keep a positive attitude and have support there for you. That's what really helps. I had none. -
