I feel okay. Gas pains are intense -
Yeah ive been walking around and using a heating pad. My gas pains are in my chest but I know most people said it was in their shoulders

I know the pre and post op liquid diets have a medical purpose but I also think they help because no food in 14 days will shrink your stomach and when yoi start to eat again you will have to re-learn how it eat.
