hello my name is Dana and I'm very frustrated about my lap band I feel like giving up sometimes but I feel like also giving up is not an option being that I had my surgery July 9th 2013 I have lost 13 pounds which is not a lot to me I know the key is slow and steady but from my highest weight I have lost a total of 30 pounds so I am very grateful for that but now I think I have reached a stall I have been the same weight of 274 or 272 for the past two weeks now and I just don't know what to do I just had to fill and now I have a total of 5 .2 cc I had that feel about a week and a half ago and I still feel kind of no restriction but if you guys can help with any ways to help break a stall I would very much appreciate it I have joined a gym and been doing cardio and good exercise so any tips would be helpful thank you

I'm from san Antonio texas my dr is dr.j.Wright and I can't wait I'm all done did all my clearances and my case was submitted on this past Friday I called my insurance today and they said they received it n I should hear something tomorrow or Wednesday they have 72 hours from the time they received it to make a answer I'm so excited I can't wait lol how are yals journeys ???!

I have done all my clearances for my surgery sleep doc said I'm doin great n cleared me as well as cardiac doc had my stress test today and I thought I was going to die they injected me with some meds to make my heart at the highest rapid pace it was a NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE never the less I'm finally done all I do tomorrow is see the NUT and the doc for the last time b4 surgery and they submit my case I can't wait june 25 watch out ! Okay so I'm having my surgery hopefully june 25 that's my date yay lol and my case is summited I should hear something on Tuesday or Wednesday and start pre op diet on Thursday and just a little sad about what I should eat for my first one year marriage anniversary coming up because I loooooovvvvvveeee to go out to eat and love dessert lol ohhh sad day my anniversary is on jine 23rd 2 days b4 surgery..so my pre op diet consists of 2 shakes and 1 low carb meal any suggestions on what to eat on my special dinner day or a healthy place to go ? Hey u guys ! I had to do a chest xray too not to sure y but I guess and yes we r all so close 11 more days to go I start pre op diet soon a little nervous about my will power but I know I got this lol but how yall been how's it been goin also have yall heard From yals insurance yet they told me they have 72 hrs to come up with a answer the assistant sent it off Thursday so I hope to hear somthing Tuesday/Wednesday fingers crossed !
