Got a bad snow storm now. Will head to the hotel today and finally home tomorrow i hope. I have more gas now. But still haven't tooted. So today makes day 3 post op not counting my surgery day. I haven't eaten anything yet. Just not hungry. I'm passing so much fluid in my drains right now, and barely passed any urine this morning. That was the first time passing since the morning of surgery. About to puree eggs and ham how lovely.but i feel fine still. Well see how breakfast goes. Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using RNYTalk

No i wish i had tmi lol i was very hydrated before surgery. I lost count on how many bags of fluids I've had. Also i never once filled up my catheter bag. So my bladder ultrasound said it was only 50% full so my body must be absorbing all this fluids. Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using RNYTalk

Hi everyone. I'm doing good. I must be the only one who does not think the liquid lortab is nasty. I'm back on oxygen my levels fell to 85 after being at 98. I'm sore, still can not pee. Haven't slept much do to the dang alarms. But I'm happy Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using RNYTalk -

Passed the tests. Got my clear diet for today. Puree will be tomorrow. My diet is strict protein. No starches, milk or cheese. So no cream of wheat, no soup, no refried beans. Which is fine with me. But i feel great. I am sore but that's to be affected. Next comes the shower after they take out this lovely catheter. Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using RNYTalk

So my gas pain was only bad in recovery. I'm doing good. Got up and walked a long hall, but feel so much better. Did my blue dye test. Still no ice chips until My swallow test is completed in the morning. But i feel great right now. Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using RNYTalk -
