Jumped on the scale this morning and down 130 pounds. 14 of that was lost in my two week pre op. Tomorrow makes 8 months -

Hope the leg pain goes away for you. I still have pain that shoots down half the time. Work hard at therapy, because the tightening of those lower back muscles 24/7 gets old fast! -

My issue was I could not bend back or sit down very easy. If I was to have surgery on the back today it would of been easier. Have never had issues how should I say, wiping myself. Lol -
