So saw my surgeon and dietitian today. Its post op day 13 and they were very happy with my outcome so far. On to the soft stage, protein only. ThIs will last two months. If i want to i can try green beans but so far I'm not interested. HW 358 SW 344 CW 331 GOAL 200 -
