Trazadone gives me a few hours of sleep. I used to do a combo of ambien and lorazapan until it stopped working for me. I inherited my great aunts insomnia and to tell you rut truth it sucks. Even my bi pap machine does not put or keep me asleep.

I weigh out three ounces of food and Im not allowed to go over. That includes the extras i put in my protein. -
I can only have 7 grams total per meal and supplement. So no cookie for me.

My tubes did not hurt, ready to walk with ect. You only felt them when you pulled the blood clots down. Glad i had them because i was pushing massive fluid out. -

Ok only thing about traveling that sucks is trying to judge three ounces of meat. I had no prob with the shrimp, but the chopped pork i think i ate too much because it was allot of discomfort. Never felt that so far since i weigh everything. So I guess i better get a grip in it because i won't be home until late Sunday and then turn around and do it all over again next Friday. -

I had my out of pocket expenses to finish up. So like i said in my eyes its small change. They only added it back in to the plan this year so in reality if i had to pay out of pocket 32000 over 2100 its a no brainer. -
