kissssyyyyy ok now you knowwww i am weighhhh ahead of you and have ALL the answers lol (day 12)............anyway i just started on mushy yesterday until that i was on all liquid and drank at least 3 protein shakes a day everyones directions are so different it seems so call your doc office tomorrow and see whats up are you counting cals? are you eating and drinking at the same time? check your mushy list and see what you can have........... check out fitpal.com if you want a good way to track what you are eating and drinking just some thoughts.........i am with you girl........ all my best hopefully some ole timers will have more to offer xo OG6

i had those thoughts pre op too i have been chatting here for a while and at least on the chat i have not met ONE person who regrets their band i am 50 and want to live the rest of my life healthy 9 days out now so i dont know much but i know i have hope never thot i could do 10 days of liquid and i am on day 9 get lots of support in your life also and its not too late to try WW one more time when i saw J Hudson i thought the same thing but keeping it off is the issue i think

went to first monthly support meeting just last night thanks for post and congrats on your new friends!!

health food store has a blueberry flavored protein powder to switch things up blend with milk and ice

cannot believe how every doc gives different instructions best of luck from here on out

i dont know much cuz i am only 8 days out but if i had that going on i would call doc you may need a little taken out hope you get help soon
