wow tired you told me story!!! i have both the pillows and the mask too dont dig either one had surg on 2/23 and havent used c-pap since but know i need to (per hubby!!) so i am gonna try it again tonight i used it for about a month pre op and had the SAME issues as you good luck to us both! -

13 days out..........eating close to 1200 cals per day (mushy stage, tho i can have crackers) is this normal?? i feel good i am just wondering about the amount of food getting all my protein and water in too thanks!!

i had to pay 4000.00 out of pocket for aftercare too but i have known about it from the get go my doc says no insurance co. will pay for his aftrercare requirements i am still going to try and get some of my 4 grand reimbursed but its up to me to do it good luck

maybe 60 isnt enough protein........ i have read on here that people take biotin to help with nails and hair mine look a little off colored but not peeling yet during my pre op they were brittle and breaking good luck -
