I am 4 months out and 72 lbs down and I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks... Any suggestions

73 lbs down!! My husband and I went out last week with a few other couples and I have always been so self concious. I've always been the "fat" wife out of all the wives and girlfriends of our friends and hated going places. For the 1st time I haven't felt like the fat girl at the party. I didn't feel uncomfortable or out if place, not that our friends ever made me feel that way. They never have in any way and are fantastic but you have to be happy with yourself first. I have a little ways to go but I do believe this was the best decision for me!!

I am happy to say I finally hit 70lbs down!! I'm so excited I can't believe only a little over 3 months out!!!

Thank you! I did start back up today ... Had to drag myself up but acre I started I felt pretty good.. its just getting started that sucks

So I haven't really gotten off track.. I've been following my food guidelines pretty close. I did try a Christmas cookie.. bite only here and there but nothing crazy.. I did find that sweet food doesn't have the same effect on me that it did before but I have to get back on track with my exercise.. right before the holidays I stopped because I was working 12 hr days have 2 kids and I work second shift.. my weight loss has slowed considerably. I'm down 1 lb since Xmas.. I'm 3 months out with a total of 64 lbs down.. I started my work outs again today.. its a new year!! And went back to tracking.. has this happened to anyone else?

It really is crazy how you don't realize how big you are until you either look at pictures or someone points it out. I ran into a friend of my parents at my daughters dance class.. her niece is the teacher and her grand daughter goes there as well.. she commented how great I looked ( her husband was sleeved the day before me) and kept saying how she couldn't believe how beautiful I was.... Haha I know she didn't mean anything by it but it came out funny! I have a ways to go but I can agree its shocking when you look back.

Its 3 months after my surgery and my husband and I are considering having another baby.. I haven't talked to the drs yet but have read that the best time is 18 months after. Truth is I don't want to wait that long for many reasons. We have 2 kids 3 and 2 and I will be 35 in July.. from everyone's experience, when is too soon? I have a regular visit with my gyn in 2 weeks and may ask to have my IUD removed...
