    I actually had a hard time finding a before pic! Lol I realized I did the same thing and avoided the camera every chance I got when there are tons of pics with my husband and my girls but not me.. It's really sad but now I have a ton if pics with my girls! Lol

    Thank you everyone!!!!! I am so happy with the after! I have a lil more to go but I am happy where I am. The before us just a wake up call.. My blood pressure is now normal and no other issues. Even my migraines are gone!

    I agree! I'm at my 6 month check up as we speak and I'm down 83 but I keep going up and down 1 lb.. It's frustrating

    I've been frustrated because I was at a stall for almost a month. Down 80 lbs and sleeved 9/20/12. I finally broke it while on vacation no less.. Lol I lost 3 lbs. I'm happy with my loss but can't wait to lose the last 30 lbs.

    Surgery date: sept 20th 2013 Sw: 258 Cw: 178 I'm at a stall.. I can't seem to get past 80 lb loss.. I'm 38 away from my goal.

    My mother in law had the bypass in November and she burps like crazy.. I had severe gas for a lil while and it depends on what I eat to get it going.. It will get better. Other than that how are u feeling?
  9. I know I should be happy and I am happy with my weight loss so far.. I was sleeved September 20th and am down 80 lbs.. I keep hitting a slump where I'm not losing or if I do I go up a lb then come right back down.. I've upped my exercise and kept my calories the same.. At one point I even upped my calories as well as my workout and exercise routine.. I'm 5 months out and am happy with the number I've lost but not the number on the scale , if that makes sense.. Anyone else have the same issues!

  12. My aunt had her surgery the day before her bday . She had the same surgeon as I did and he's awesome!!! He danced with her the day of her birthday in the hospital room. Lol she says it was the best birthday present she could've given herself.

    You will be fine!! When you get clearance after surgery make sure you exercise .. I was sleeved September 20th2012.. I'm down 80lbs.. It was the best decision I ever made and don't second guess yourself. We are all here to answer any questions you may have !!

    Any Buffalo Ny Sleevers?

    I started at 258. Just weighed myself this morning and I'm 183 so 75 lbs down. The surgery is supposed to guarantee like 80 lbs but my friend had the same surgery and she's down 120 lbs. I make sure I track, lots of Water , stay between 500-600 calories a day. Cardio every day. About a half hr since I have a 2 yr old and 3 yr old who aren't very happy with mommy exercising. Lol and Protein every day. About 60-70 grams. I hit a stall and made some changes and I'm back on track . You should go on myfitnesspal. I use it daily and it helps me keep on track.
